This terrifying display of jolliness is mayhap the result of a skeleton dressed up as a shopping-center Santa Claus, perhaps a festively late Halloween prank, and it doesn't look too happy about it.
Another possibility is that this is an ancient Santa from an unknown land, and the Three Santas were actually once a quartet.
Both explanations are equally horrifying.
