Peacocks in Palm Trees!
A Peacock in a Palm Tree is a nice idea until it opens its beak. Then you'd trade just about anything for the classic partridge in a pear tree. They seem much ore demure.
|You arrive on the eastern side of the island along one of its many sandy, white beaches. It is very peaceful, lush, and welcoming. Not another person is in sight and the water seems very inviting. As you toy with the idea of slipping into your Birthday Suit for an unhurried soak you see a giant, colorful bird perched high in a nearby palm tree. It begins to squawk with exuberance and another bird across the way responds in kind. Before you know it, you are surrounded by a cacophony of noise and what started out as a relaxing getaway has turned into just another headache! You'll have to get rid of all these birds if you want any peace and quiet!|
